This means violent, deceitful and fraudulent persons.  Our mission is to fully protect you, emotionally and financially, from getting involved with a person who has graced the civil court system, before you get involved with this individual. For example: an  individual who has had a history of peace orders, and/or multiple divorces, typically tends to continue these destructive patterns in future relationships.
